About us
Laborer's Academy & Ministry is a Christ Centered values based holistic program & ministry. Our goal is to create programing for individuals trapped in the revolving door & lifestyle of criminal addictive behaviour on the County level.
Laborer's Academy & Ministry is Holistic because are intent is to impact the "Whole Person" as a means of creating lasting changes in men lives. Indirectly, the outcomes reflects upon the impact of the residivism rate of those trapped in a cycle of criminal behaviour on the County Level and more.
The use of materials composed by other authors that specifically proves information and insight about building character in the lives of men is key for us. We want to attack the various "contructs" that's producing expressions related to violating the law and creating victims. We find that many of us were just a few decisions and varables away from being trapped in like cycles of addictions.
The development of a strong mentoring program is important for us, as well. It's through these relationships we continue to support men during this life changing process. We already work with Men assigned to us by Pathway to Freedom's in-prison Reentry Program.
Like a farmer, the continuous phases of sowing crops is biblically consistent to insight on impacting the lives of men here & now and into enternity. Plus, we indirectly change to dynamics of their families.
We are a RESTORATION program!
